Liked: Location, cleanliness, value of money

Disliked: Staff not cooperative ، no water inside the room. One receptionist charging you the water, while other no. It seems its personal decision or no system. The lady in reception was very gentle, I dont record her name. Thanks for her.

Liked: Perfect! As always. Great location.

Disliked: The bathroom door. We stayed as a family. The glass door is transparent and has holes.

A comfortable, clean, and hassle-free budget stay in a convenient location

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The location was very convenient for getting around Frankfurt, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

Disliked: The rooms are quite basic and compact, which is expected for a budget hotel, but a few more room amenities would have been nice.
