  Liked: Good location, to main station and center area. Breakfast = excellent with variety

  Disliked: Location is good, however at night, not so confident for a walk alone as the crowds could be a little concerning

  Reasonable hotel but I wouldn't stay again

  Liked: Bed was comfy and it was spotlessly clean

  Disliked: Poor sound insulation, one slider door that you had to either slide towards the toilet or the shower. There were no blackout blinds. There were nets and a curtain with two panels that didn't close. Apparently there were external shutters but they didn't bother to tell you at reception. European travellers might know to look but I didn't! The area is very sketchy. Lots of dodgy people follow you out of the hauptbahnof and there are unfortunately many drug addicts who are in doorways surrounding the hotel. I did not feel safe in the area.

  Liked: Everything was good but i booked the same hotel at Berlin that was not good. Because of they didn't give me my reclaim money. My visit to Berlin got cancelled, so I requested them to cancel the booking and give me my money back, but they refused.

  Liked: Close to the train station and the old town. Superb breakfast, clean and comfortable if somewhat compact room.

  It was an eye opener to see what goes on in other cities

  Liked: The room was clean, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was good. It was near to the train station. Plenty of places to get food and drinks

  Disliked: The surrounding area was not the best place to be alone at night
