  Excellent stay

  Liked: This is a very nice hotel. It is right across the street from the train station which was so convenient and easy to access. The location is very central and an easy walk to areas like old town.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Utterly disappointing

  Disliked: I think it's not the right place to get introduced to Frankfurt culture. Also frankfurt railway is not too friendly for international travellers

  OK, good location, petty rules

  Liked: The location was good. The room and bed were very comfortable.

  Disliked: I thought the staff were petty. All I asked for was a bowl to eat my porridge before the marathon and was told they could only do a side plate. And I didn't want to pay €22 for porridge. Just needlessly unhelpful. Also an alarm was blaring Sunday morning between about 5-7 in the morning so I couldn't sleep.

  Liked: Location was excellent, right next to the main railway station. Hotel was spacious.

  Disliked: 2 out of 4 elevators were not working. Some of the staff were a bit reserved. No electric kettle in the room. Cannot store baggage before/after checking out, except in paid lockers.

  Excellent location, clean, comfortable and a great value, especially if taking trains!

  Liked: The location is excellent, however a bit of explanation. If you are arriving by train at any hour and seeking a very comfortable hotel this is the hotel I have stayed at many times. It is literally 25 meters from the Frankfurt Main train station if you exit near track 1. You walk out and are in the hotel lobby in 15 seconds. So convenient and professional once you get inside! The explanation is there are quite a few pan handlers and night folks in the area of the train station that must be navigated. I have never had a problem, just know that is part of the train station area! Another very positive item for this hotel is there is an Enterprise/National Auto Rental office attached to the front lobby with great hours! Super convenient to rent a car which we did!

  Disliked: I have read this on the reviews before, but only having 1 pillow per bed. It seems petty, but I have vertigo and cannot lay my head flat. Only having 1 pillow becomes quite uncomfortable sleeping. I know I can go to the lobby and get another, but please put 1 spare pillow in each room..... IMO.
