  Deceptive

  Liked: Location - close to Deutsche Bank Park / Stadium.

  Disliked: Restaurant closed very early. In addition they charged me for some drinks I never consumed. I was obliged to pay because, they say, the system did not allow them to delete the fee. But actually I did not consume those drinks. I found this very rude and impolite.

  Disappointed and unlikely to return

  Liked: The bed sheets were stained, it took three requests to get them changed, the cost of breakfast at 20euro is extortionate, especially when on our last day the selection was severely reduced due to "there not being many people staying in the hotel" if that's the case, when that happens the cost should be reduced, some of the staff were abrupt and unhelpful, they use a type of "water air conditioning" that they admit does not work well when the weather is hot, which sort of defeats the object of having it

  Liked: Spaciouse room with comfortable bed, good breakfast, the hotel is isolated in woods, very quite location.

  Comfortable, but isolated location

  Liked: The room was good size, the bed was comfortable, but there were no kettle, tea and coffee in the room.

  Disliked: The breakfast was very good, and the dinner was good as well.

  Just how we wanted it to be. Easy, comfortable and clean

  Liked: Close to the concert venues

  Disliked: No water boiler for coffee in the morning. - but fridge was nicely filled either drinks and snacks. It’s just a tiny minor point 😉
