  Overall, we enjoyed our stay

  Liked: We visit Frankfurt every year for the Frankfurt Book Fair, but this was our first time staying at this hotel. First of all, we were very impressed by the hotel's overall design. The rooms, entrance, corridors, and common areas were all spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. However, what impressed us the most was the hotel's restaurant. Without exaggeration, we can honestly say that we had the best dinner we have ever had in Frankfurt right here. Everything was excellent, from the food menu to the wine selection. The quality of the dishes, their presentation, and the service were truly outstanding. Breakfast was equally impressive, with everything fresh, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the only negative experience we had was related to the attitude of some of the reception staff. We are not sure whether this was due to a lack of experience or limited authority, but some employees seemed to take problems personally rather than focusing on finding solutions. It was disappointing to see staff members unable to resolve even a simple mistake, especially when there was no supervisor or manager available to assist guests when needed. Fortunately, a more senior staff member eventually stepped in and resolved the issue. However, the unnecessary tension during the process was both upsetting and stressful, and it slightly affected our overall experience. We would also like to mention an important point about the hotel's location. Being very close to the main train station might seem like an advantage at first, but the main route towards the station does not feel particularly safe, especially at night. Walking along that street in the evening was not a comfortable experience for us. On the other hand, if you head in the opposite direction, towards the city centre, there is no such issue.

  Beautiful room in a wonderful location

  Liked: The room was really nice, clean, comfortable, with wonderful bedding and a great shower. The lighting was also really notable - very pretty and made for a nice ambiance. Fantastic location and the adjacent restaurant is truly lovely. Also walking distance to other great restaurants and shops. We arrived by train and were able to walk to the property.

  Disliked: Don't judge the hotel by the entry stairs! We arrived and I thought, uh oh. But the hotel was absolutely comfortable and very polished once inside! Staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The maze of interior spaces and small stairways, twists and turns to the restaurant was entertaining, but might be hard for an older person to navigate.

  Great location and value with breakfast

  Liked: Breakfast was fabulous. Get a room with it included since it is 39€ ea seperately. Shower was good. Some English TV stations Location good between Train station and main high Street.

  Disliked: Ask for a room not facing the Jurgen Ponto Platz, which is a large concrete echo chamber home to several street people, making lots of noise all night. The bathroom light switch is hidden beside the shelf above the sink. A sign would be good to add, or move the switch.
