  Despite the convenient central location, the property did not match the pictures and suffered from dirty conditions, bad

  Liked: The one thing I liked about the property was it was so close to everything to center and everything.

  Disliked: The property wasn’t like the picture we saw in the pictures, and by this I mean from the start the guy who hand me out the key was so rude and didn’t answer my questions. The other thing is the window and cracked so it was so cold at night and the window cartens was so dirty in one of them it had blood on. And when it comes to the bed one of the beds was so dirty and full of dirty stains the pillows. And when it comes to the bathroom the door doesn’t close so it was a bit weird and it didn’t looked so clean either.

  Liked: Was a good place for a stopover. I easily reached the place by metro. Check-in easy without much paper work. Nice staff. Check out is flexible so I could leave at 5 to the airport to get my flight.

  Liked: Spacious apartment with two bedrooms in a 2-3 FH building. Kitchen well equipped. Terrace with table and chairs available. Relatively central location to train station. Parking available in the streets. WiFi is available and fast.

  Disliked: The surroundings are relatively noisy due to the central location.

  Liked: The apartment was spacious and clean. Although it was rather shabby and worn out, it was comfortable enough for our stay.

  Disliked: The address provided in the listing was different from the actual address where we were accommodated. This was particularly disappointing because the listing explicitly stated: **“Families love the very good location.”** We arrived on a Sunday, and when we went out to find the nearest grocery store that was open, we found ourselves in the middle of an area with many people under the influence of various substances, as well as a visible street prostitution scene. This was not an appropriate environment for travelling with a 14-year-old, and I did not feel comfortable or safe there myself. There were also two issues with the apartment itself: the shower curtain had clearly reached the end of its useful life, and the removable sofa cover would definitely benefit from being washed.

  Liked: I had a reservation for 7:30 PM and arrived 30 minutes before closing time, yet no one showed up at the apartment. There is no support available, and no one is answering calls; the situation is a disaster for the guest. I am still standing outside the apartment: there is no one to open the door or provide the necessary access and assistance. I am still trying to contact the property manager, but for the past hour, they have refused to help me or grant me access to the accommodation. I keep pleading with them; it isn't right.

  Disliked: Hello, I desperately need help. I've been trying to contact the owner since yesterday. They weren't giving me proper answers or helping me; they wouldn't tell me how to get in or send the apartment code. I am standing right in front of the apartment now. I feel like I'm being played for a fool. I contacted the owner half an hour before my scheduled arrival time -right when I was standing outside-and immediately asked for the code to check in, but no one is helping. They aren't answering the phone or my text messages. I've been scammed; I'm standing here in front of the apartment and have lost my money. I need help—I'm about to call the police
