  Very friendly staff, room layout is uncomfortable

  Liked: Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

  Disliked: The room is poorly designed: there is no door to the bathroom, and the ventilation is insufficient (opening the window at night isn't an option because the street is quite noisy). The light on the fan can't be turned off without cutting the electricity entirely, which also shuts off the ventilation. The room also lacks a kettle and a fridge

  Liked: Close to both train and tram stops. Clean and adequate for a basic stay.

  Liked: Staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was in a good location and very clean.

  Disliked: The only thing missing was tea/coffee facilities in the room but this is a minor thing and the only fault we had about the hotel.

  As there was a Trade Fair on it was the only reasonable cost hotel we could book
