Great location for a short stay in Frankfurt

Liked: Great location, close to city center. Friedly staff and great value for money.

Disliked: The sofa bed was not so comfortable and was making sounds. Very limited breakfast, especially if you go later.

Never again because of disappointoing service, especially parking and a "gym" in the lobby

Disliked: Stay far away from the parking facility in this hotel. Instead of it pay for the parking at Holiday Inn or try find sth on the street. We have stayed there for 3 nights and we were asked to pay 99 EUR = 61 EUR for the parking + 38 EUR parking fine. The parking fine was given to us, because we were not able to complete a payment, because of an error in the payment system. The receptionist informed us they were not responsible for the parking and I was looking for a responsible service provider for 2 weeks. I have sent them screen shots of poayment disruption and asked for an account nr to transfer the payment. We have not received any answer, but they managed to send a fine already. I booked the place for 3 nights, because I wanted to be able to use gym facilities, which the hotel should have. It turned out that the gym is a corner at the lobby. It is probably the same size or even smaller as the reception. And the 3 machines which stay there are squeezed together to the level it makes it very unplesant to be there.
