  Liked: Close to main station

Disliked: I asked to get some lunch box with breakfast - prepared for my leaving. It has been told that will be prepared but next day nothing was prepared. Room not clean, Mould on the wall in bathroom

Liked: Good bed, good room, easy location near train station.

Disliked: It is not the fault of the hotel but the surroundings of Frankfurt Hbf are awful, with drug addicts, drug dealers and poor homeless people.

Hotel is fab but in a not so nice area, the breakfast is incredible, bar was nice and rooms nice too

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, Staff were all really friendly and helpful. I liked having the fridge and bottle opener etc in the room, The safe worked, Bag storage was good for us as we were early but not for others.

Disliked: Two quilts on the bed was not nice, The bedsheet did not fit well, The location is not great in terms of feeling unsafe outside, Bathroom is a little dated. Room was not cleaned on the first day.
