  It worth it

  Liked: Breakfast, location, value for money, self check in

  Ok for a short stay in Frankfurt

  Liked: It had all the basics. The pricing is competitive.

  Disliked: Not very clean. Online check-in was not very smooth (the chat bot got in a response loop - I had to call the support). No iron.

  Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Real people are the best! I appreciated the kettle in the room. The breakfast buffet was very nice too.

  Disliked: I didn't know that nobody would be at reception when I arrived on Sunday, or that I had to do a digital check in. I arrived after a lot of traveling, and not being able to get in at first was very stressful. It's a very busy street and my phone battery was on 18% and going down. The error message I got clicking on link didn't help! The hotel's whatsapp contact had to re-send the link and then I was able to get into my room.

  Liked: This hotel location is too good.

  Disliked: The check in process too bad. this will make you frustrated once you there after a long journey. Their auto reply system through whatsApp is very much stubborn. Wifi connection is extreme poor. Mobile network also does not work inside the hotel. without proper network connectivity digital room key does not work. You can imagine what an irritating situation it is. After a heavy struggle you got a room but can't enter into it because network issues. I got a very basic room with the lowest minimum facilities. No AC in room.

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: Lift / access to 8 floor challenge until you find the second lift the person on the support did not know where! A helpful resident helped me to work it out!!
