  Liked: Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved.

  Liked: we asked for two beds and they gave us a queen bed. We stayed one night in these conditions with the promise of changing the room another day. They did change our room but gave us another bed that was together but separate. Smaller than the previous bedroom... in short, uncomfortable but otherwise fine

  Liked: I recently stayed at this aparthotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. There was no water supply to the entire building for two mornings and one night. All the hotel did was send an email notifying guests of the situation—no attempt was made to assist us or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Without water in my studio, I couldn’t use the kitchen or the bathroom, which left me in a frustrating position. I had to waste time going out to buy bottled water just to freshen up and wash myself in the morning, making me late for important appointments. The toilet situation was even worse, as it became unhygienic and unusable with no way to flush. The hotel’s response to the problem was completely inadequate. They refused to offer any compensation or even a gesture of goodwill, which is disgraceful when you’ve paid for a stay and don’t receive even the most basic necessities. I would not recommend this place to anyone—it’s simply not worth the money when they can't handle issues like this with the slightest bit of professionalism or care for their guests.

  Clean and cozy

  Liked: There is parking lot for guests, but need to be booked beforehand for 25 euros per day. There is always a kitchenette for every Numa apartment. Shower water is quite strong, plus points, be like.
