Guest reviews
Good
Liked: Location just outside the dirty area around Frankfurt central station. Staff friendly.
Disliked: There was no warm water for two days, no heating for one night. Although the staff was apologizing, no refund was given. I don't blame the absence of warm water and heating, since these things are not under their control, but the way they handled the situation was unprofessional and disappointing.
Excellent stay
