  Liked: Would not stay again.

Disliked: Would not stay again. I booked a room for 3 people including the pull out couch. When we checked in I noticed the couch was not made up. I was told that I have to make the bed myself. On the webpage it said ‘airport transfer’ which apparently is refers g to that you can catch a cab to the airport. After we left, I noticed that my daughter had forgotten her iPad. I tried calling several times and did not hear anything back from my email either. Local and room was ok otherwise.

Large room and good value near the airport

Liked: - good location with easy transit access to the airport (1 S-Bahn stop away) and central Frankfurt - large room - galley kitchen with Nespresso machine - grocery store and restaurants adjacent

Disliked: - no nightstands - a lot of Autobahn noise with the window open

  I highly recommend this place

Liked: The price was affordable, and everything was exactly what we expected from the hotel. However, the staff were exceptional, very helpful, and welcoming. We were extremely tired after a long journey with lots of luggage. The staff were friendly, assisted us, and greeted us with warm smiles. It may seem like a small gesture, but it was exactly what we needed at that moment.

  Disliked: None really.
