  perfect hotel if you are traveling and prefer having hotel near hbf with cozy ambience

  Liked: location near hbf, only 300 meters i like the facilities in my room and supringsily there is shoe cleaner in the hotel

  Disliked: the hotel doesn't only have steps to enter the lobby, a little difficult if i have to lift big luggage

  Liked: This is a really nice property that I've been staying with for 20+ years that has gone through a few brands now (it was a Steigenberger, then a Flemings, now Cloud One) and needs a bit more work. Cloud One has energized the lobby and taken it from stodgy to modern - nicely done. My first guest room was not great and the staff did a GREAT job of getting me a new room - no issues, no problems, no drama, just execution.

  Disliked: The guest rooms could use some work. Also, breakfast, not originally included in my reservation, was difficult to add (the staff asked me to go back to the lobby and register for breakfast at the front desk - not ideal) and was crazy expensive. Suggest they go with a simpler breakfast that most folks wouldn't mind purchasing/expensing.

  Great location, very clean and quiet rooms

  Liked: Right next to the train station and yet super quiet, clean, and comfortable room and trendy bathroom. Great breakfast buffet as well.
