  Basic with need for improvement

Liked: Staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. It is only an 8 minute walk to the Festhalle where I was attending a concert. Quiet residential street that felt safe.

Disliked: The room was freezing, the shower had next to no pressure. The walls are paper thin, I was woken up at 6am from people talking several floors down and doors slamming. I was on the top floor and the lift doesn’t go to it so I had to carry my case up a flight of stairs. The bed was also on wheels so it moved every time I sat on it. The blinds were slightly broken and barely covered the windows so I had a beam of light in my eyes every morning resulting in headaches. The card reader on my door broke at midnight so I had to be let in by staff with a key to my room and wasn’t able to leave again without staff help.

Central Location with closeby REWE. Clean Rooms with delicious breakfast. Best value for money

Liked: The location was very central. It was just 1 stop away from U-Bahn and 3 tram stops away from Central Train Station. Room was spacious and had everything needed including a small bar and fridge filled with necessary things. Rewe grocery store was just 5 mins walk away. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety:)
