  Liked: -The apartment is really nice, it is big enough for three people and it was very clean. It is also very well equipped for a long stay:-) -The location is very convenient, close to both the train station and the bus station. -It is also close to the city center.

  Disliked: -The key collection was very inconvenient. It is in the opposite direction from the house. We had to walk in total 15–20 minutes on icy ground, from the train station, then to the pick up point and the back to the train station and then the house, which is about 6-7 minutes from the train station (where we arrived). All of this while carrying three suitcases and backpacks. For this reason, when I checked out, I asked the host if I could leave the keys inside the apartment, and he agreed. Obviously, if you got a car, this is not a big issue. -They provided only one set of keys. We were three people with very different schedules, and this made it very difficult to coordinate. I often had to stay awake late to wait for someone to arrive because they did not have the keys, and it was also inconvenient during the day. I asked the host for a second set of keys, but he read my message and never replied.

  Pleasant stay and ideal for family and friends

  Liked: I was traveling with my family for vacation. We booked this apartment for few days and planned to travel around Garmish area. Apartment was well organized & maintained properly. Parking, lift and view from balcony was very nice.

  Disliked: As this is next to train track, it can be noisy if you open the window.
