Liked: I like the host response when we had issue to get the keys and to park. He came immediately to resolve it ( a neighbor park on the spot that was saved for us), the apartment was nice and clean, and got all of what we needed

  Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The location was super, and the appartment is super nice and modern, for 5 people it was perfect

Disliked: The clean staff was rude with us, indeed we arrive like 20 min before the check in to drop the bags and she agrees with that and told us to come back, when we came back it was the check in time and the appartment was not ready we need to enter because we have an important meeting. When she tries to enter the room we were to clean we didn’t agree because we were on a middle of the meeting, instead of wait until we finished she was rude and left, leaving the living room without cleaning, I mean the owners were super nice always but the staff not, and she came back to the next day and she continued to be rude, she left us toilet paper, and also don‘t get why she came back
