  Liked: We booked this property because there were not any others left and had VERY low expectations going in based on past reviews. However, I have to say I was very pleased with our stay! For the price- This is a great value stay! Great breakfast, great location. This is NOT in Garmisch but is in the Partenkirchen side of town. Just an 8 minute bus ride to downtown Garmisch. Biggest CONS: Church bells- The church bell across from the hotel can be very annoying and woke me up at night a few times. Additional Fees- I booked for 3 guests on Orbitz but for some reason the hotel only showed two even though I showed them my Orbitz reservation showed 3. They charged us additional for the 3rd guest that they "were not aware of" This is a problem in there systems with 3rd party booking platforms such as Orbitz that they need to address.
