  Liked: Location was super

  Disliked: The balcony was a shared balcony with a half wall and it was loud when the room next door stated out there talking late very loudly and smoking..

  Decent place to stay

  Liked: Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and cooked to order.

  Disliked: No elevator and taking 23kg suitcases up two flights of stairs for 70 year olds was difficult.

  Liked: We enjoyed the breakfast simplicity and variety. The staff members were extremely friendly and the locations I great! The facility is well kept and clean with a beautiful view.

  Disliked: We needed a late checkout but receptionist told us there is no chance. Would be great to add this feature for future visits. Price was more expensive than average in Germany. We would love to stay again if we can at least collect some points.

  A beautiful place to stay

  Liked: The room was so nice with furnishings, etc. It was disappointing that there were no face cloths. This is something that we are used to in Canada, but does not seem to be a thing here in Europe. The breakfast was amazing! And the staff were so nice and made us feel at home.

  Disliked: No face cloths, and not hair conditioner, but we got by.
