  Liked: Personally, I really liked the location. It was tucked away but not too far to walk to the city center. It was also closer to the mountains which was nice for hiking and views. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to cook a few meals (i.e. salt and pepper, oil, frying pan, pot). The room was really warm, which was a big deal on those cold Garmisch nights. The bed was also very comfortable, and the host let us check in a few hours early.

  Disliked: There were a few cleanliness concerns that have been previously mentioned that I will message the host about. Nothing that can’t be fixed.

  Overall very nice place to stay and enjoy the Alpen

  Liked: The location, the view, the room.

  Disliked: I think the hot water from the shower is very small, not sure it was a temporary thing or a long term problem.

  Liked: Easy communication with the hosts. We had unexpectedly late arrival because of our own change of plans, so did not meet them personally, but everything was prepared for a good stay. Quiet area, a quite big room and a comfortable bed. Outside area with table and chairs. There was a small kitchen, which we did not use.

  Disliked: Our personal preference would have been separate blankets for each sleeper, especially because the room was a bit chilly. But for one night stay it was ok.
