Everything was top-notch – the cleanliness, the comfort, and the great amenities made us feel right at home. You can really tell that the owners put their whole heart into running this place and care about every single detail. The space is incredibly cozy and has a personal touch that big, impersonal hotels simply cannot match. Huge praise also goes to the hosts for their hospitality – their care and dedication are worth their weight in gold. We know how tough the competition is these days, but it is exactly these boutique, passion-driven places that deserve the highest ratings and full support! We are leaving with big smiles on our faces, fully rejuvenated, and with a firm promise to come back. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!   Liked: Location is good and with parking on the premises. Plenty of space and fully equipped kitchen. Great bathroom. Access to small garden. Good for families.

  Disliked: A bit worn down - especially the small bathroom. Fossets diffucult to use without spilling water onto the table or floor. Pans with peeling Teflon.

  Disliked: Little bit water blockage in shower, washing machine is not inside unit. Suggestion: Electric car charging point can be installed.

  11/10 stay!

  Liked: The location was beautiful and a short walk away 2-3 mims from the main town. The local shop literally round the corner. The host was friendly, warm and welcoming. Very responsive to any queries on wattsap. We had a fantastic stay here if we could rate it higher we would! Cannot wait to have a return visit.

  Liked: The location was great. Setup worked well for us. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable for a family with kids. Perfect for exploring Garmisch-Partenkirchen, zugspitze, mittenwald and so much more!,

  Disliked: The bathroom door needs attention as it sticks very badly which was tricky for the kids and older members of the family when using.
