Liked: It seems like the rooms are newly renovated and my room was very cozy. Also the breakfast was perfect as well as the staff and the on-site parking and EV charging! Thank you for a great stay!!
Everything was excellent - definitely recommended!
Liked: The hotel was an easy walk to the centre of town. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, carrying a bag in for us (my partner has a disability with walking) and coming over to the parking garage to sort out a problem with the automatic gate. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, everywhere in the hotel was spotless, we had a powerful shower and a lovely comfortable bed.
Disliked: Nothing - we couldn’t fault the hotel. It’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in.
A great place to stay near Goslar Railway Station
Liked: The hotel was a short walk from the train and bus station. Having paid the tourist tax we got a free bus to the imperial palace. There were many hot and cold options for breakfast. We arrived before our room was available and they were happy to store our luggage. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room facing towards the town and were not disturbed by the trains.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and has a classical vibe. It is nicely situated with regards to the city centre and the sights. I arrived with my motorcycle and was permitted to park on hotel grounds for a small fee. There is no garage.
Disliked: Nothing really.
Splendid base for Goslar and the Hartz region
Liked: Enjoyed breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Nice shower but the controls are awkwardly placed and the floor slippery
