Fabulous
Disappointing room
Liked: Location, Staff polite & helpfulness a great plus
Disliked: i have no direct complaints as such, the staff were both helpful, welcoming & informative so great service. My disappointment was the room, it was functional but cold ( not the temperature ) it was a U lower room, basic, sparce infact & not what i was expecting from the pictures advertised on Booking.com. It was basically a bed ( two ) beds in a cold looking room. not value for Money at all, it served a purpose to sleep, shower & exit. Breakfast was formal but accepted. Again the staff were polite & very helpful so a credit to them for sure
Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of interesting high quality and unique items such as a make your own pancake station and all kinds of condiments and healthy choices.
Disliked: The bed was too firm and the room could have been cleaner. There was dust under the bed and thick dust on top of the light fixtures. Not enough furniture for a family to eat even though there was a kitchenette.
Liked: The facilities and cleanliness were beyond my expectations. Location was really good, with good connectivity to city and central train station. Definitely worth the money.
Great location and frienfly helpful staff
Liked: Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting histotic building and great views from top floor.
Disliked: Top floor a little hot in a heatwave, which you’d expect but orientation of top floor rooms (both dides) made it difgicult yo cool down the rooms at night.
Liked: We went in July and melted as no air con or fan! Soaked to the sheets… beautiful building. Breakfast amazing.
Disliked: No air con or fan make it very uncomfortable
Great place to stay in Hannover
Liked: Great location. Nice fitness room in basement. Very good for public transport. Nice friendly bar area too.
Disliked: Little slow at check out was the only thing that wasn't positive.
