This Hotel is not reliable, when you arrive they cancel your reservation

Liked: The receptionist was smoking right there, it was something unpleasant, was rude and out of selfishness she checked us in and canceled the reservation later.... I think I just didn't want to do the work because it was a little late at night. That night my friend and I slept on the street because we couldn't find another accommodation for that price, since it was more than half a night. This Hotel is not reliable, when you arrive they cancel your reservation.
