  Great place

  Liked: 2nd time staying here, 2nd time all brilliant. I’m a hotelier so I really write my reviews honestly. This place is one of my favourites ever! Easy, straightforward, clean and absolutely great value for money!

  Liked: Very easy and straightforward check in system and room access. Staff is easily contacted over the email. Cozy, spacious rooms. Laundry service is a huge plus! Very happy with my stay here. Services are up to date, modern facilities, clean and cozy.

  10/10 as long as the air-con remote gets put back!

  Liked: Very nice, modern, clean and with all the amenities that one could need for a few days in the city. Lovely and close to the city centre and the Hauptbahnhof.

  Disliked: Only negative was that there was no control for the air-conditioning. There was a holder for it, but the remote itself was missing which did leave us a little uncomfortable during an unseasonably warm September/October.

  Nothing to complain about. Decent for a business trip

  Liked: Bang for buck.

  Disliked: A bit mechanized, too much automation for my taste. Door opens with phone, I do not know how secure that is.

  Liked: I regularly book an apartment in this location, which is very convenient for me and I am usually happy with the provided service.

  Disliked: This time, I did not receive an online check-in form, and the apartment was missing both coffee pods and toilet paper. Overall, it seemed as though the apartment had not been properly prepared. This was particularly frustrating because I arrived late in the evening, when there was no practical way to resolve these issues. In the past, I have overlooked minor problems, such as an uncleaned oven or water kettle. However, the number of issues has been growing over the past 12 months and I find it increasingly difficult to overlook these recurring problems. Customers should be able to expect a basic level of cleanliness and find essential supplies to be in place upon arrival.
