  Liked: I am writing this review in English. This hotel is a wonderful place. I was traveling from the Czech Republic to the Netherlands, and due to railway repairs and multiple transfers, I decided to break up the journey and spend the night in Nuremberg. I was traveling with my 2.5-year-old son, so a key priority for me was the hotel’s location—just 150 meters from the Nuremberg main train station (Nürnberg Hbf). The affordable price and the inclusion of breakfast were also major pluses, and the rooms looked very cozy in the photos. In reality, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way: the room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with a good bed and high-quality, clean towels. There was a minor issue with the elevator, but the young man at the front desk—who I believe might be the manager or owner—kindly helped me carry my belongings downstairs. The highlight, however, involved a set of keys and my son’s favorite toy. With less than an hour left before our train, we went for breakfast and then returned to the room to collect our things. My son started playing with the keys, and I feared he might have dropped them into the toilet and flushed them. I became extremely stressed, worried that I would miss my train, and in the rush, I accidentally left my son’s favorite toy behind in the room. Once I realized it was missing, I contacted the hotel, and the same young man kindly agreed to send the toy to me—which meant the world to me. I am so grateful for this. I want to emphasize that for a very reasonable price, you aren’t just getting a room; you are also receiving exceptional, thoughtful service.

  Liked: great location, very clean room, had all i needed and short walk to the train station.

  Disliked: staff smoked outside but it was right next to the door so it smelled of smoke in the lobby and reception area

  We loved the location to the trainstation! Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling by train!

  Liked: The location and the the staff were excellent!

  Disliked: The hotplate in the breakfast room didn't keep the food warm. Also food ran out too quickly!
