  Good stay but won’t come back again

  Liked: Good location +very quiet +comfortable bed, but no lift in the hotel with no staff to help at all. Bathroom door was blocked by the bed and the fan is very noisy when you turn the light on. No kettle and all drink&snacks in the mini bar have price to pay. Strong unpleasant cooking smell was full of whole house corridors. This hotel could have been wonderful but we do not want to come back again in future.

  Disliked: Find a good hotel interior designer to improve the interior settings and personal caring feeling.

  Beautiful, historic, kind staff

  Liked: Very cool historic hotel. It was very expensive for the night we were there, the receptionist said prices are significantly higher during this fair that was occuring in town at the time (that was not our reason for travel) Otherwise I felt the receptionist was very nice and recommended some restaurants that were local kitchens and some of the best food we ate in germany. No lift if you are staying in the historic building, just as a note for suitcases.

  Great location, good breakfast, comfortable bed and helpful staff

  Liked: Location and staff lovely. Room comfortable, tight squeeze to get into the bathroom. We stayed on a weekend with a public holiday. Staff helpful finding somewhere to eat as lots of places closed.

  Disliked: No lift! It’s so common I almost can’t put it as a negative. Stayed on 2nd floor, room quiet and comfortable.
