Room was comfy and suited what I was after. The one receptionist needs to be more helpful

Liked: Ok for our two night stay to catch up with relatives. plenty of car parking. Most staff were helpful.

Disliked: We had asked for separate beds as I was travelling with my sister and was told by receptionist to separate them myself. Did not have a local map and was given a list of restaurants but no directions as to where they were in relation to the hotel. Other staff were more responsive. Also smoking at the front steps at the entrance and initially the lift was not operational and still jerky.
