excellent hotel, location very near station and old town, staff very friendly and helpful

Liked: Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room, and especially bathroom, sparkling clean.

Disliked: I would have liked a comfortable chair to sit on and read in the bedroom.

Well located friendly hotel in central Nuremberg

Liked: A great hotel right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone for the Old Town. We arrived by car and had no problems finding the hotel. The parking garage is close by and was very spacious (unlike other parking garages we'd encountered in Germany). The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. It was a bonus that we were able to open the windows to let in fresh air. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was probably the best we had on our trip. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. A special shout out to the ladies working in the breakfast room who were very welcoming and attentive each morning. Would definitely recommend staying here when you visit Nuremberg.

Disliked: It was written that our room will provide with bathrobes and slippers and we paid for more expensive room to receive this service But this was not as expected

Liked: Great location, with a parking garage conveniently nearby. The breakfast was excellent, and although the room was somewhat small, it was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
