  In general was good, especially if you travel for several days. (Do not expect a good shower)

  Liked: it was clean. check in and check-out was easy. the facilities was acceptable.

  Disliked: The bathroom was small and the shower did not have any door, so everywhere would be wet and full of water that is not appropriate for a hotel!!!

  Liked: Spotless clean! Very nicely decorated. Easy to find and good parking in the inside courtyard. Easy access to the Hauptbahnhof. Nicely equipped kitchen. Good communication with the owner. Very nice size of the room as well.

  Disliked: Mattress was way too soft. It said "pets friendly", so some bowls for dogs would be nice and a dog bed on request would be nice as well.

  Extremely dirty room

  Liked: location is good

  Disliked: The room was not properly cleaned or prepared before my arrival. The trash can had visible food marks, the dishes in the kitchenette were dirty, the bathroom facilities were not properly cleaned, and the room had a heavy, unpleasant smell. I reported these issues almost every day during my five-day stay. The staff repeatedly requested access to the room, but instead of addressing all the problems at once, they fixed them one at a time, despite my repeated complaints. For example, the dirty glass in the kitchenette was only cleaned after I had complained about it for three consecutive days. Even by the end of my stay, the room was still not properly cleaned, including the bathroom trash can. What was particularly frustrating was that resolving a basic cleaning issue turned into repeated back-and-forth communication with the staff. Rather than simply addressing the problems thoroughly after the first report, I had to keep following up throughout my stay. I do not recommend this place. It was by far the dirtiest accommodation I have ever stayed in, and the handling of the cleaning complaints made the experience even more unpleasant.

  3 night stay in Nuremberg

  Liked: Host was very helpful and responded to messages quickly. Facilities were really good. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Had everything we wanted. 20 minute walk to more scenic Nuremberg centre.

  Disliked: Bed was not comfortable and creaked with any movement, waking us up throughout the night.

  Liked: The staff was very helpful and the owner Kathrin replied very fast. The rooms are clean, have everything you need, I think the owner was doing it with a lot of attention to details and really wanted guests to feel comfortable. Overall it is very good value for money. And I really appreciate when owners are really trying to do their best for the guests. That was the case

  Disliked: Well there was an issue which made us to change the room, also the ventilation in the rooms is not so good.

  Liked: If I return to Nuremberg, I will absolutely be staying here again. The room was very clean and cosy and in an ideal area with a tram service round the corner. Kathrin was lovely and appreciated how quickly she answered the phone when I called with a question.
