  Liked: location- ver near to central train and bus station, near to convenience stores and supermart, room is big, friendly staff

  Disliked: no ref, no waterboiler inside room, no safebox even though it is included in the room description.

  Liked: A good bang for buck place to stay if you need to be close to the train station during your travels. A nice 10min walk will put you in the middle of old town.

  Comfortable budget hotel

  Liked: Great location near to the train station. Friendly receptionist.

  Disliked: Shower was a bit small but nothing else worth mentioning. A bit pricy but expected for somewhere so close to city centre and train station

  Good location, close to the station/transport links and walkable distance from the city centre

  Liked: The location was very good for walkability from the railway station (6 minutes), and the railway station is great, with a large shopping mall with cafes etc. It's a bit far from the core attractions (the castle, Durer's house etc.), say half an hour, but you are in the centre pretty quickly, with many options for food and drink. It is also close to the bus station and major tram stops, so getting around the city wasn't too problematic. The room was fine, and the breakfast was good.

  Disliked: You have to pay for everything in advance. So I had not included breakfast in my reservation, decided to get it next morning, but was told by the staff I had to go to reception and pay first, rather than adding to the bill at the end of the stay - this is not a complaint, but a 'heads-up' for other people.

  Liked: I liked the room, the amenities, and the location. I wish the breakfast had more variety, but overall, it was good.

  Liked: The location is perfectly practical. In the hotel entrance there is seating, and a place to buy coffee/drinks, but it does feel like a lobby rather than a lounge. The room had a comfy bed and the shower worked well. There were nice touches like decoration, a wardrobe, long desk and suitcase stand, so plenty of place to put things.

  Disliked: In the shower a shelf would be nice. One of the pillows was very uncomfortable but I must add that the website said I could request additional bedding which I didn't try. One negative, I didn't book it for this reason and it was value for money so I didn't complain but I was very surprised that on their website they specifically advertise soundproof and blackout curtains. This is not true, it was loud from the corridors, the bathroom door has a huge gap underneath it and the curtains are blackout but don't cover the space. I'd recommend fixing this or simply remove the advertisement as you don't need it.
