Great and convenient place to stay. Friendly and clean

Liked: Clean, comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Disliked: The only thing I'd critise is the hairdryer. For such an establishment I'd expect a classy standalone hairdryer. I had to spend an hour in a very warm, damp bathroom with my finger pressed onto the hair dryer to get my long hair dry. I did not succeed.

Disliked: I would just like to mention that it would be nice if the room was cleaned every day.

Liked: I was very impressed with the professionalism of the front desk clerk, who was overwhelmed and alone with twelve guests waiting in line. Still, I only had to wait about twenty-five minutes to check in. She was a model of professionalism.

Disliked: The room was right in front of the elevator, and I was woken up throughout the night. Your WhatsApp customer service wrote to check in, asking how things were, and I mentioned this--and never heard back.
