  Uncomfortable conditions, poor service

  Disliked: We stayed here during the summer, when the outside temperature averaged around 30°C. Unfortunately, it was just as hot inside the room. There was no air conditioning, only a Dyson fan provided for cooling, which was completely inadequate. To make matters worse, the fridge in our room wasn’t working. I tried contacting the staff to report the issue but received no response. After waiting an hour, I tried another communication channel, again without success. Eventually, I called, and a visibly irritated employee finally showed up. She seemed clearly annoyed that we had requested assistance. Only after insisting did she replace the fridge. Overall, a very disappointing experience, with uncomfortable room conditions and poor customer service. We will definitely never book here again.

  Wonderful and would definitely stay again

  Liked: Hotel is near all main tourist sights very walkable. Room is clean and very spacious. Separate living and sleeping quarters and bathroom is clean and reasonably sized. Good security and easy to self check in. Able to leave luggage safely until departure. Lots of eating options nearby. Has water dispenser in lobby.

  Great location, cleanliness and value

  Liked: Location, cleanliness and comfor were great. Room size is also great. The hotel was recently renovated so all the things are quite new. Sheets and towles were very good and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall, great value for the price.

  Disliked: No staff members at all, everything is completely humanless. Communication via Booking was also not that good as they were not responsive.
