Liked: Wonderful stay, fantastic location and excellent service! We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Nürnberg Centre Ville! Everything was absolutely excellent. The rooms were spotless, clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Housekeeping was always done on time, and everything was perfectly organised. The service was outstanding, and the staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. The location is simply fantastic! The hotel is conveniently situated right in the city centre, with all the beautiful attractions of Nuremberg’s historic Old Town within easy walking distance. Exploring the charming streets and famous landmarks on foot was an absolute pleasure! A special mention goes to the breakfast – simply fantastic! A wonderful variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and of excellent quality. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

Disliked: The hotel staff are irresponsible; the room rate was €149, and they required a €30 deposit from me that was never returned. Furthermore, three days after my stay, they charged my card another €149 without explanation. They are unable to assist over the phone because the staff do not speak English, and although I sent an email with a complaint and supporting documentation, I have received no response.
