  false information on pets

Disliked: The hotel claims to be pets friendly however they do not allow you to leave the dog in the room alone and require you to take it with you at all times, even at breakfast. This information is not shared in advance and it is a really unpleasant surprise. If you want to go sightseeing, it is impossible to do it with your dog and it is ruining your whole stay in the city. We were highly disappointed and changed the hotel.

Disliked: Dear Sir or Madam, My name is István Bardach, and my colleague was a guest at your hotel [insert stay dates, e.g., from February 20 to 22, 2026]. I would like to formally complain about an unacceptable incident at the reception desk that negatively impacted my stay. I had previously submitted a request 2 times for my invoice via Booking.com. When I followed up in person at the reception, the staff were neither helpful nor kind. Instead, they became angry and reacted rudely toward me. I find this behavior completely unacceptable in a quality hotel in 2026. As a guest, I expect professional and courteous service, especially for a simple request like this. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and propose a suitable resolution, such as providing the official invoice and a gesture of goodwill. I am available for any further details or questions. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this issue.
