Disliked: There is no bathroom with the room yet the photos make it seem like there is one. Room's locking system doesn't feel very safe, my room communicated with another one and it was unclear how that door is locked.

Liked: Great location for access to Alt Stadt and very short walk from Hauptbahnhof. Facility had access to a moderately equipped, shared kitchen for meal preparation. Friendly maintenance staff.

Disliked: The coded door locks are difficult to open and get closed correctly. Our room door lock didn’t engage the deadbolt; we would have liked to have the key for the original deadbolt on the room door. Consequently, we didn’t feel very secure. Neighbors, both in-house and outside were noisy. There was no management staff observed on site, consequently we couldn’t request a paper receipt (required to get refund on VAT fees) or to extend our stay. Fortunately, we didn’t experience any issues that might have required management’s attention.
