Overall excellent experience. Clean room, calm place where to stay if you're exploring the city

Liked: The room was clean, good kitchen equipment available for use. We booked comfort room, which was really comfortable. Parking spots directly at the place, U-bahn is very near (1min by walk), and in few minutes you're in the city centre. Very calm neighborhood. No problem at all.

Disliked: The only thing which we didn't like was the mattresses - they were too soft. But this is personal feeling. But it will be good to mention it or have a room with different type of mattress maybe?

Liked: Very nice apartment-style hotel in a great location. It was very convenient being only a few minutes walk from the underground and a supermarket. It was also a plus that it is on a quiet street.

Disliked: Unfortunately no AC. There was 37 degrees at time of our visit.

  Cosy stay

Liked: Very good location, few steps from underground. Inside very clean and it holds all items you need. Big screen. Bed comfortable, pillows soft. Room felt very cosy. WC/Bath very clean. Just you need to accept some rules, leave everything as you found, all written in the kitchen cupboard, otherwise can be penalty. But we have enjoyed our stay very much. It with close proximity to city center, so you can return, have rest and again go to the city. We were lucky we found parking space near the building, and we asked if we can park earlier than check in and we were allowed to do so, so were extremely happy. Really would stay if will ever visit the city:)

Disliked: I liked everything, maybe just suggestion, in the bin area outside to make more signs how best to sort waste, could not find were to put cans.

  Perfect location, good facilities

Liked: Xzllenz was absolutely perfect for my needs. I stayed 8 nights, and after parking the car it wasn't needed again. The apartment is 100m from the U-Bahn, and only 10 minutes from the city. If arriving at Nuremberg airport, the U-Bahn is just three stops. There are food shops nearby.

Disliked: I had a problem one night with noisy neighbours. Music at 23:00, which they turned off after I complained, and then an hour of arguing at 04:00. Otherwise, other guests were no problem.
