  Nice quiet, clean apartment in Regensburg!

  Liked: We liked the quietness of the apartment. It was on the edge of the old town, so easy to get to old town by walking. A grocery store was close by. The host was very accommodating. When we saw there wasn't a toaster or clothes drying rack, he immediately brought those up to the apartment. He lives in the same building-on bottom floor. Apartment was very clean and we appreciated that. It had enough dishes, pots and pans for our needs. It was also fairly large, although it does have ceiling beams that extend down into the room and take up space-but it's manageable. I would recommend this apartment for a several day visit to Regensburg if you want some peace and quiet away from the busyness of the town.

  Disliked: It was a little spartan in the feel and decor. Also, it could use a microwave and a portable table/counter as the kitchen was very small with almost no room for prepping any food. There was no ground coffee, just instant and the coffee pot was for ground coffee. It would've been good to have some coffee available. We arrived on a National Holiday, so we couldn't even go to the grocery store for any coffee, creamer or anything else. No oil for cooking, which is something that is hard to buy, as when you're only staying for 4 days. It would've been nice to have a washing machine-it looked like there might have been one in the bathroom at one time, but no longer. Maybe a few more towels and some extra pillows for bed and decorative ones for the couch. The bedroom closet was ok, but there is enough empty space in the bedroom for more storage space-nice to have when guests are staying for a few days, as we were there for 4 nights. But, we managed and we were overall happy with the place-just needs some additives!

  Liked: This is an absolutely beautiful, fully equipped apartment in a great location, 10 min by foot from the centre, in a quiet and green area, with a very nice balcony and view. The host was very friendly and super accommodating. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!
