Liked: Do not stay here! Worst communication ever. I tried to cancel the room after a few nights as I needed to move to another part of the city and after being told I could - I have been charged for the full stay (5 extra nights) There is no front desk, they don’t respond to emails, no one answers the phone. This is also the last time I am using Expedia as they lied to me about being able to cancel.

Liked: We checked in at 12, left our luggage in the room. Came back at 8.30; the card-key did not open the room (as it did at noon). We called the emergency telephone number 12 times for an hour: answering machine. Because of that, we had to look for another hotel with available rooms but more expensive. We demand full repayment and the reimbursement of the price difference!

  Hotel moyen
