  Excellent location, communication and cleanliness

Liked: I think it is a wonderful location on a quiet street in the middle of all of the action. I appreciated the self-check in and easy directions and communication from the host. I thought the bed was very comfortable and the layout of the flat was very lovely. Great little mexican restaurant down the street:)

Disliked: I would have liked basic cooking items such as salt, pepper, olive oil and kitchen towel to make the stay more comfortable. I think having two fans would have been easier as the top floor gets very warm in summer. No elevator made it tough with a large suitcase.

The location and access to a washing machine is the draw card

  Liked: Great location

Disliked: Washing sitting in the machine from last guests. Could have been cleaner eg dusty dining room table, kitchen cupboards need a good wipe down. A water jug in the fridge would have been thoughtful as it was so hot.

Liked: Very clean apartment, excellent location right in the centre of Regensburg, comfortable beds, very good communication with the hosts, comprehensive check-in instructions.

Disliked: The door to the apartment is a little tricky to open, but once you get the hang of it, it works fine. We did stay a few minutes in front of the door until we managed to open it though.
