Liked: Cozy feeling like at home with super stocked kitchen and entire apartment. Very comfortable bed! I loved that the host provided enough and good coffee for the entire stay!!! Hosts were very responsive. Very close to the Center and the river.

Disliked: The glass doors of the bathroom and the shower which was right on the edge to bedroom but I guess they rebuild a garage and this was the only way. The living room window facing the street. The wood fassade was helping with that, but if you like to have windows open it’s not ideal as people walk right by.

Liked: The location is excellent - right next to the Danube and within 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of the old town. The apartment is very nicely equipped, it was very clean and all looked just about brand new. The host was very helpful and the communication was good. The price was reasonable (although not that surprising when you read what we did not like:-))

Disliked: While I understand the host made every effort to provide a nice, pleasant place to stay, a commercial building cannot truly be made into a living one. In essence, the apartment is a converted store or similar with only a single (although large) window, hence you have to have the light constantly on, else you are in the dark in the bedroom. This was not made clear in the description nor photos. The (only) window is to a residential street (although not a busy one) on a ground floor - hence in the living room (the only room with some daylight) you are sitting like goods for sale in a shop-window. (there are blinds but then you are in the dark.). The second bedroom seemed like a joke - tiny, with only space for a bed, bench and a narrow passage between, with a door leading to the courtyard, not well insulated from noise - not suitable for claustrophobics. The location of a shower is unusual and does not provide a great deal privacy - you step out to the bedroom (which is OK, if you are the only guest or just you and your partner). Also, the access to the bathroom is via the bedroom.

    Lovely place in historic Regensburg

Liked: Great location, historic place but renovated nicely with great communication with the owner, and homey touches like christmas decorations, and in walking distance to everything we needed.

Disliked: Only one thing- the lack of soundproofing. Easy to hear people in the hallway outside.

Liked: Host was very helpful. Location was great. Facilities were amazing - was nice to have a proper kitchen!

Disliked: A little bit on the pricier side but it seemed reasonably affordable compared to other places in this town.

    Superb

Liked: The location is excellent, quiet and in the historical centre. Everything is new and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The description as to how to reach the place and the check in procedure was very detailed and easy to follow. Communication with the owner was easy via what s app.

Disliked: The bathroom is in one of the bedrooms so that the people that sleep in the other bedroom need to go through the first bedroom to get to the bathroom. No problem for us but might be inconvienent for guests that want more privacy.
