Very good
Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff. All spoke English which made it easy for us. Dinner was offerings were delicious and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was smallish as we had 2 largish suitcases and backpacks, but otherwise comfortable.
Would stay again
Liked: Excellent location with easy parking in the lot right next to it. The rooms were newly renovated with very comfortable beds.
Attractive hotel just inside city walls
Liked: Restaurant food was good. Breakfast was plentiful but eggs could have been warmer. Private parking behind hotel was great as parking is at a premium in the town.
Disliked: Bathroom was tiny and one of our lights was out. We did book more basic accommodation but room was small.
not as good as it used to be
Liked: The location for the hotel was great. Short walk from parking. Inside the wall for sight seeing. Hotel was nice and clean.
Disliked: The pillows were very soft. While the beds (twins) seemed smaller that a standard twin bed. As well, they seemed very worn out as it felt like a spring was about to come through the bed. The room was small and cramped. I've stayed in this location years ago and it was very nice. But this time it totally missed the mark.
Liked: The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The room was perfect.
