Exceptional
Great staff, great location and great charm
Liked: Location, the charm of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and inviting.
Disliked: Our room was on 2nd floor and we had to carry large bags up stairs. To be clear the young lady at reception did help us to take up and that was very helpful and kind but the down was difficult 25kg x 2.
This was one of the highlights of our 17 day trip n Europe. We highly recommend it and wish we had two days to spend the
Liked: Stunning property nearly 1000 years old in the heart of the most amazing town. The hospitality was superb and we very much enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this stay was.
Disliked: Loved everything. As an American from the south, we weren’t sure how to use the heating system but that was minor.
Liked: Couldn't fault this beautiful hotel, from arriving to departure, everything was great.
Charming stay in Rotenburg
Liked: Very quaint hotel right in the city with many shops and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Great places to stay!
LOVELY
Liked: Beautiful! Loved this place! Authentic, beautiful, quiet rooms, view out of the church was lovely! Your staff was kind and helpful! Perfect location in September for the festival! LOVELY
Disliked: The peaceful garden was not offered for a quiet place to drink a cup of coffee.
More apartment than hotel
Liked: Location. Beautiful old building and lovely courtyard garden. Breakfast and breakfast service was very pleasant.
Disliked: Felt more like an apartment than hotel. Lacks hotel facilities. Staff were lovely when they were around? We paid extra for a suite. The furniture in the lounge area is very small and uncomfortable. Air con not working properly. Batteries in TV remote needed replacing.
