Guest reviews
Very good
average night in Rothenburg
Liked: The location was amazing, close distance to the center and to where we had an appointment. The shower was amazing! Breakfast was quite good with a variety of choice. The lady at the reception when arriving was very friendly. Parking facility at the premises were also nice
Disliked: the hotel is quite outdated and there wasn't AC in the room, just a desk fan. Not the best experience since the weather is good for early October so the room warmed up. Besides the reception lady we met the first night, the rest of the staff was quite 'cool' (unfriendly would be too strong); not too friendly
We’d definitely stay here again
Liked: Loved the setting. Breakfast was lovely with something for everyone.
Disliked: We liked everything.
Accommodating hosts and a nice facility
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Very much appreciate the receptionist establishing contact and advising us of last hour for check in and waiting that bit extra to assist us.
Disliked: No negative comments to make.
Great location and value in this lovely town!
Liked: Proximity to the train station was key for us. The staff was excellent especially at breakfast when they ensured we had gluten free options as one of our travellers is celiac.
Disliked: No air conditioning but usually this time of year it was not required. A fan was supplied and worked great.
Ok for 1 night, but extremely noisy and old carpet
Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Very noisy, all night. Old carpet in the bedroom, not super clean
A place to return to
Liked: The Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room assigned to us is spacious for me and my twins. We were there in Summer, so it is quite warm, they placed electric Fan which is very considerate from the management; or easily open the window and Balcony Door makes the room cool; or just sit and relax outside. The place is really well clean and comfortable. My Twins don’t wanna leave the place anymore. It is just 10 mins walking distance from the Old City, which is the very best compliment aside from the fact that it is within the budget place to stay. And good breakfast!!!
Disliked: None. Will definitely come back again!
