Disliked: Everything was excellent except from some attitude from a member of staff at the reception the morning of our departure. But apart from this, everything else was perfect.
Quintessential-Bavarian boutique hotel inside the historic medieval walled city
Liked: Generous size bathroom, spacious room, comfortable bed. Cozy atmosphere, convenient location (easy walk from Bahnhof even with road construction in Oct 2026 directly in front of hotel) friendly and helpful staff. Later-than-typical checkout time (noon). Helpful room/bed configurations for many combinations of travelers. We were able to store our luggage in the office for a few hours after check out. Will Absolutely stay again.

In the heart of it all!
Liked: Parking is highly restricted within the walled city. We were able to use the hotel's plot and were helped there by the staff and a golf cart. Once settled, everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.
