Exceptional
A hotel definitely worth returning to!
Liked: A small-town hotel in a great location! The owner was exceptionally warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the hallway, such as the candies and brain-teaser games. Parking was also very flexible and convenient, and the breakfast was wonderful. The location is perfect for a morning stroll along the town walls and around the castle, where the scenery is absolutely stunning. It is definitely a small-town hotel I would love to visit again!
Disliked: The only downside was that the bathroom drain was a bit slow, and there was no handheld showerhead, which was somewhat inconvenient.
Liked: The location, the atmosphere, the breakfast!
Liked: Lovely small hotel. We had a large family room above the breakfast room and there was plenty of space.
Disliked: The bin collectors start early in Rothenburg. So we were woken up too early but that's not the fault of the property of course.
Beautiful property right in the heart of Rothenburg o.d.t. With great staff and delicious breakfast!
Liked: Super cute and clean. Loved the location!
Disliked: No ac. It wasn’t so bad but literally my only complaint.
Large comfy room for family of 3
Liked: Breakfast room was pretty and we enjoyed the food. Host gave us tips in advance about when to enter / exit the city during a festival. We were able to adjust our plans to arrive on time. Car was parked securely behind a gate at night. Location is near to a staircase to access the walkway of the old city walls.
Disliked: There was nothing missing during our stay, all was great.
A pleasant stay
Liked: Such a cute place to stay. We struggled to find the way in but once we did we were pleasantly surprised. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Rothenburg is an amazing and beautiful city. I wish we were staying a little longer.
