Exceptional
Great location and good value
Liked: A great location and good value for the area. I was in town for work and had a very comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to anything in town and a nice sized apartment.

Disliked: I would think twice about staying here during the summer. To be fair this was during a heat wave. However, my room stayed considerably hotter inside than the outside air; all night and through the morning. I had the windows open at night. There was a small, cheap fan provided, which I put in the window, but the room never got nearly as cool as the outside air. I messaged the owner the above, and that I could not sleep all night. I canceled my second night. The owner wrote a sincere apology but refused even a partial refund. I think at least refunding the second night would have been reasonable. There was no one onsite to talk to.

Disliked: Would be lovely to have some coffee crème there for the coffee ( personal preference) - arrived on Sunday.
