Liked: it was just perfect for my needs… Simple, lovely, clean, quiet, natural. The breakfast room was as nice a place with as good a meal as I could imagine, and the breakfast room staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The staff were not located on site and it was hard to ask questions. The lodging was not connected to the gift shop or the restaurant, which was where I could find staff.

Liked: The personnel went the extra mile to assist me when trains got delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. They were very helpful and accommodating. I loved the peaceful surroundings, and the extra touch of welcome in the room.
