Good
Low budget price, low budget room. Adequate for my needs
Liked: I asked for a room at the lowest price, so I have no reason to complain. My room was VERY small... room for the bed and very little else. I had to put my small suitcase at the foot of the bed, which meant that I had to step over it to get to the window. But mostly what I wanted was to sleep there, so it wasn't really a big deal. The bathroom was small but fine. The staff were very nice; I really couldn't have asked for anyone nicer, (Although they didn't give me an upgrade, which I asked for! I was hoping for a view of the Rhein from my room, but they said they couldn't offer me one at the price I was paying. Sigh!) I have stayed there before and probably will again, but I may pay more and get a bigger room. I did not pay for breakfast and was told that the breakfast would be at the hotel next door. I believe that is because it was slightly off season.
Disliked: See above. Curtain needs to be replaced with one that better fits the window.

Good stay, confusing check in system
Liked: Hotel is in a good location with breakfast being served in the neighbouring hotel. Room was fine and a good base for one night.
Disliked: Check in was very confusing. I had booked three separate rooms and this seemed to confuse the person checking us in. Access was a little confusing as you had to walk through a restaurant to find the hotel check in desk and the same person was serving tables when we arrived
