Guest reviews
Liked: We had a great time. Close to excellent dining and the cable cars.
Liked: Good location and great breakfast
Liked: Although this location is very close to the cruise docks and train station, I would not recommend staying at this location The rooms very dirty and the hall light entering the doorway was burnt out and when talked to the front desk he just shrugged it off. The towels were very old and the whole hotel was outdated and in a need of a face lift They attempted to charge us for parking when we did not have a vehicle. I would recommend choosing another location in this beautiful little town
Liked: Nice location and comfortable room
Meh
Liked: Staff was not friendly, TV remote didn't work, bar/cafe was never open, toilet/ plumbing was not very good. We had a clogged toilet for 4+ hours before they sent someone up to fix it. We stayed at the end of the hall and there was no lighting in the hall. It was very dark! The light bulb was burned out and never replaced. No coffee in the room. We had to pay for the coffee. The breakfast that was included was edible, but service was non existent! The only positive about this place was the location to the train station and the room and bathroom was clean. The public restroom in the lobby however was not.
Liked: Clean, but has not been updated in decades. Incredibly hot, especially on the upper floors which may not have exterior shades. All you get is a small fan. Breakfast was very good for a free brunch. I would not recommend staying here when it is hot.
